Online Store Troubleshooting

Have you tried…?

1) Making sure your billing address is correct?

Ensure that the billing address you entered is the same as the address your credit card issues has on file. Sometimes the issuer will refuse the transaction due to a slight variation in the information they receive.

If you live in a country without postal or zip codes, please enter “9999” in the zip/postal code field.

2) Making sure your entries contain no extraneous punctuation?

Is there a misplaced hyphen or comma? We’re not placing blame…sometimes things just happen! Make sure that there isn’t any punctuation or spaces that just shouldn’t be there.

3) Making sure your name is entered exactly as it appears on your credit card?

4) Making sure you’ve selected the right credit card type?

5) Making sure your credit card number is entered exactly as it appears on your card?

6) Making sure your CVV2 number is entered exactly as it appears on the back of your card (last three numbers)?

We accept both Visa and Mastercard and the CVV2 is the last three digits on the back of your card on the right hand side.

7) Have you tried contacting your credit card issuer to verify your credit card status?

Sometimes your issuer may suspend your card without notifying you. This is going to make using your credit card a little difficult!

If all else fails, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@ambrosiarecords.ca and we’ll get back to you as fast as is super-humanly possible!
